If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied for any reason with you Hearken H85 Hearing Aid, we will refund your purchase price less $40.00 (restocking fee) for each hearing aid returned. A refund will be made to your method of payment: to your credit card or Paypal account.

To Return Hearing Aid(s)

1. Request an authorization approval number (AAN) from us by email to sales at hearkenhearing.org. Include the buyer's name and mailing address at time of purchase (and current address if different), and the date or purchase.
2. Place the hearing aid(s) into the original box; place the box inside a bubble-wrap mailer. Inside the envelope, include your name, address, date of purchase, method of payment, and the AAN. On the oustide of the envelope, write the AAN legibly.
3. If returning hearing aid(s) from Canada, mark on the outside of the envelope, and on the Customs declaration, "Return for refund". Failure to do this may result in a Customs assessment and fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
